In order to keep your systems running properly later, we ensure within a site survey at your petrol station if all necessary conditions are met, so that your equipment can be connected correctly. We are happy to help the construction companies involved and inform with comprehensive documentation about necessary connections, piping, underground structures and electrical infrastructure. At existing stations, the site survey is conducted to analyze the current situation and to find out early if any reconstruction measures or adjustments to your systems are necessary.

All our devices are accompanied by complete documentation and descriptions of installation, operation and maintenance. These will be handed out as part of our training or supplied upon delivery of new facilities. On request, we are pleased send you our documents in printed or digital form.

In our modern training facilities in Mönchengladbach, our experienced team of trainers provides you with a comprehensive training program for our fuel dispensers and systems. The classrooms are equipped with the latest systems, which allows a practice based learning environment. Our trainers have acquired many years of practical experience that they are pleased to pass on to the training participants. Upon request we also provide individual training courses or workshops that are tailored to your specific needs. Also in your region.

Professional preparation and configuration of the systems (staging) reduce downtimes caused by renovation work at your petrol station to a minimum. We offer this service for deliveries of new systems. That means we configure your systems individually at our factory before being delivered to your station. In general, a staging takes as long time in the factory as configuration work on-site, so that the benefits of a quicker sale availability is completely on your side!

Before we deliver our devices to you, our products are factory tested and checked for completeness. We check whether the delivery is complete and the systems work according to the agreement. Only when our machines have passed the final quality control, they will be released for delivery.

In agreement with you we plan our roll-outs of training, hardware-deliveries and installations that will be constantly monitored and checked by us. For us, it does not matter how complex the roll-outs are. From a single station to installations of complete petrol station networks, we coordinate all activities up to start-up. We try to keep teh downtimes of your station as low as possible by detailed planning and preparation of the rollout.
