If an issue occurs on your system, this will be reported within a few seconds to our network control server. A trouble ticket is automatically generated and sent to our service desk, so as soon as possible, a review can be made. Such early detection allows to eliminate problems as soon as possible before there is any impact on your operations. If an issue cannot be resolved as a result of this remote intervention, a work order is immediately generated, which is sent directly to our technician’s mobile device. Alarms sent from pumps and other forecourt devices are also recorded and can be transferred to other service providers if necessary.

That way essential software updates can be automatically transferred and activated on your systems. Usually you receive new features overnight. Dependent on the kind and complexity of an update it no manual intervention. For you, this means that automatic updates are usually made, without interrupting the ongoing operation of your station.

Efficient updates with reduced sales downtime: This will ensure that all stations in a network can be managed with the same software version. On-site service actions with respect to software are necessary only in exceptional cases.
