In the Restaurant

It is almost impossible to imagine a leisure and wellness centre without an attractive restaurant. After swimming, splashing around, sauna, sports activities or a soothing wellness treatment – people almost always head for the restaurant that invites the guest with a nice selection of food and drinks.

The POS system of Scheidt & Bachmann is tuned to the total concept of the leisure centre and integrated into the individual sequences, i.e. payment in the food and beverage areas is also completely cashless. The customer receives his ChipCoin®, which he conveniently carries at his wrist, then walks over to the electronic terminal, where he confirms the amount to be paid. For fast processing of sale and payment, stationary touch-screen terminals are provided. In order to ensure a convenient service at the tables as well, in addition to the stationary units, mobile radio handhelds are also integrated into the system.

The advantages: Taking the order is fast and precise. The processing of the order is done immediately via the order printer in the kitchen. The mobile handheld units also work outside the radio area. The operation of the radio POS is done intuitively via a large colour display and is easy to use for everybody after only a short introduction. The user surfaces can be configurated freely. A table management is possible and also the splitting of bills and the rebooking of tables. At these mobile units the customer can conveniently pay with his ChipCoin®.

The catering system is completed through an integrated storage management. This ensures a perfect control of the merchandise turnover.
