Operating system & database patching
Scheidt & Bachmann provide its customers with a comprehensive operating system updating service; typically operating with four downloads a year to the field devices and servers.
This means that customers are assured of the latest big fixes and security patches are delivered efficiently at agreed intervals to the system, minimising faults whilst maximising system availability.
This service can also be extended to include the database.
Virus protection
All FareGo systems are provided with the ability to have a comprehensive antivirus service from the initial system development stage.
Scheidt & Bachmann offers its customers a comprehensive service that includes the essential regular updating of the virus scanner and database as well as the daily scanning of the system to ensure its integrity.
