• Strict adherence to delivery schedules– in addition to reliability we expect a distinct flexibility and problem solving ability
  
  
• Responsibility for cost– in terms of permanent development of potential efficiency improvements and cost reduction strategies
  
  
• Innovation– the supplier's creativity and capability of innovation shall comply with and add value to our innovation- and technology-requirements. The delivery and service performances of our suppliers are regularly measured and assessed via an efficient supplier rating system
