Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH has acquired 26% of the Swiss family owned company Schenk Systeme AG with its headquarters being located in Küssnacht am Rigi. The companies have agreed on an exclusive co-operation to focus on product development, distribution and service of systems and dispensers for the Swiss market.

This agreement builds upon the successful dispenser distribution agreement of the last 2 years. With more than 1,000 installations of Point of Sale, back office systems and outdoor payment terminals Schenk Systems is one of the leading solution providers on the Swiss petrol station market. With subsidiaries in western Switzerland and in Tessin, Schenk Systems provide services in the three languages throughout the country. In line with this partnership Schenk will distribute Scheidt & Bachmann dispensers and petrol station management systems deploying the proven international Scheidt & Bachmann system platform. To reinforce this long term partnership, Scheidt & Bachmann has acquired 26 % of the 45-year-old family business.
