Successful FSB Fair in Cologne |
|
On this year’s FSB Fair in
Cologne the stand of Scheidt & Bachmann was again an attractive visitors’ magnet. Under the motto “Browse with JavaTM into future!“ a great number of visitors from Germany and abroad got an informative overview of the current product range and on the novelties in software and hardware.
The first exhibition day was reserved to official visits of politicians. Among others, we had the chance to welcome on our stand the Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia for Interior and Sports Affairs, Dr. Ingo Wolf, as well as a delegation of the Sports Ministry of the
Russian Federation.
With great interest, the Russian guests followed the details on the product range of Scheidt & Bachmann and their versatility of usages. With a view on the Olympic Winter Games taking place in
Sotchi,
Russia, in 2014 and the expected expansion of infrastructure in that region near the
Black Sea, this discussion was rather informative for the Russian delegation.
During the Fair, the visitors on the Scheidt & Bachmann stand showed a special interest in the new product generation based on the WebServer and Java technology: Using an Internet browser it is now able to log-into the integrated WebServer of the leisure centre management system, via a safe interface. At the same time, the staff of the leisure centre can make use of administrative and operative functions on their own workplace personal computers.
A special attractive application was the voucher sales via internet, and the corresponding shopping basket function behind it.
Many visitors were interested in the new vending machine SVK35, the door reader STL36 and the new entrance control device SEK35/Code.
The differentiated the requirements and customer desires may be, Scheidt & Bachmann offer a wide performance spectrum.
