TreueCard is the name of the new bonus card of the LEUZE mineral bath in Stuttgart (Germany), which provides the guest with the pleasure of a bath for free.
With the TreueCard guests of the LEUZE mineral bath collect a loyalty point for every 10 cents paid admission for bathing and sauna use. Issuance of the TreueCard is customer-specific and free. The guest provides his or her TreueCard at the entrance of the bath when paying. The points are immediately credited to a point account and reflected on the cash register receipt. Therefore the guest is always informed about their current points balance. The vending and payment machines also process the TreueCard. Simply select the tariff on the touch screen, insert the TreueCard and pay with cash or debit card.
The loyalty points are automatically credited to the account. As soon as the card holder has collected 3,000 loyalty points, they can be redeemed for a free, one-day entry of unlimited duration. The administration of the customer-specific loyalty accounts is done by the "NAW" software module developed by Scheidt & Bachmann, which was integrated into the ChipCoin® system that was already present in the LEUZE mineral bath. In addition to collecting customer data, storing of a photo is possible. Filter and export functions in Microsoft® Office® formats enable targeted marketing actions. Expiration dates as well as charges for the re-issuance of lost cards are considered in account administration.
The medium used for the TreueCard in the LEUZE mineral bath is a barcode plastic card. These durable cards are favorably priced, and are excellent for advertising. Therefore it is possible to insert the cards into an information brochure and then personalize them later on.
And what will you call your bonus card concept based on the Scheidt & Bachmann system, which you will use to easily and cost-effectively build the loyalty of your customers?
