The ChipCoin® system ''C'' has established itself worldwide through long practical experience. Its innovative, contactless transponder technique offers many benefits through its low-wear technology. The ChipCoin® technology is based on data storage chips embedded in a plastic carrier in the form of a coin. Via an integrated aerial, the data content of the chip can be read and new data written on the chip without physical content.

Making use of a car park equipped with a ''C'' system is particularly attractive for a customer. At the entry dispenser, the short-term parker receives a ChipCoin® on which all relevant information is coded, as on a conventional magnetic card.
Season parkers and other multi-car park customers use a transponder card, which is held close to the aerial installed inside the dispenser front. These transponder cards carry the same chip as the ChipCoin®.
For paying the parking fees, first insert the ChipCoin® into the pay station. When the total is displayed, you can pay either in cash or by cash-less means. The ChipCoin® coded with the permission to exit is returned to the change tray for withdrawal, together with the change and the receipt.
At the exit the ChipCoin® will be collected, devaluated by electronic means, and transferred to a collector bin. Later, the collected ChipCoins® are transferred and refilled to the entry dispensers for immediate re-use.
The system supplement for the use of cashless paying means directly at the entry and exit offers a synergy of innovative short-term car park management an up-to-date car utilisation.
