The devices for entries, passages and exits are admission control devices for the control of vehicle access blocks, e.g. of a barrier. Depending on the equipment, they accept various means of identification, such as magnetic cards, transponder cards or chip cards. The devices are generally divided into two groups, which are already characterized by the form of their housing. The PGL and PL group was (also) designed for the issue and collection of short-term parker tickets, that means that these devices require a housing of an appropriate size.
Devices of the PCX group are for the verification of pre-issued media only.
