At the recently established Fare Collection Academy the trainers, who have worked in the business and are familiar with all the hardware and software related tricks and tips from their routine work, pass on their expertise and hands-on experience of various jobs and scenarios to the course participants. The trainees have access to facilities using the latest technology, such as individual training to learn the ropes of the administrative level systems as well as the latest equipment (ticket machines, point of sale devices, etc.). These training programs and units have been created for people who are professionals in the repair, maintenance and analysis of equipment, and also work at the administration level. The focus here is always on practical application. Each training program is of course adapted to clients’ requirements and their particular systems.
