Hotline Service Packages

These packages contain assistance by telephone to customers and service engineers, full on-line help by dialling into the customer system in secure password-protected way (Remote Helpdesk), possibility of up- and downloading of electronic records for diagnosis, data repair and new software.

 
Repair Packages

Hardware and Software will be repaired by Scheidt & Bachmann Service after the agreed response time after occurrence of an error.

 
Preventive Maintenance Packages

These packages contain regular preventive maintenance, regular inspection, check-up, adjustment and internal cleaning of all components.

 
Software Packages

Scheidt & Bachmann offers software maintenance packages for various scopes.

 
Full-Service Packages

The customer puts the maintenance and repair of his system completely into the hands of the experienced service engineers of Scheidt & Bachmann.
