The data-storage capability of the ChipCoin® guarantees that operation will not be disrupted, even in the event of a breakdown of the central computer. Additionally, this medium is designed so that it can also be sold via automatic sales points without any problems (mechanical issuing from a magazine). This ensures fully automated cashier operation during low volume periods and the support of the manual sales device by the automatic sales points.
